Litigation Attorney

We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent law firm in Naples, FL, seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney. Duties:

• Handle a diverse range of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop and execute effective case strategies.
• Manage client communications, providing legal counsel and updates.
• Utilize advanced legal technology and resources to enhance case management and performance.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong advocacy skills and trial experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar (or eligibility for admission).

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida State Bar (or the ability to obtain admission).
