The role offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful legal advocacy, managing complex family law cases from inception through trial. Duties:

• Handle a diverse caseload involving family law matters, with an emphasis on fathers' rights

• Draft, file, and argue motions, pleadings, and related legal documents

• Represent clients at hearings, trials, mediations, and settlement conferences

• Offer strategic legal advice and guidance to clients

• Conduct legal research and maintain accurate case documentation

• Manage time-sensitive matters across multiple cases efficiently

• Collaborate with legal support staff and senior attorneys for comprehensive case preparation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on experience practicing family law

• Proven courtroom experience, including trials and contested hearings

• Comfortable managing full case lifecycle independently

• Familiarity with case management systems and legal workflow software

• Demonstrated ability to manage a fast-paced caseload

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing license to practice law in Florida

Skills:

• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

• Proficient in negotiation, conflict resolution, and legal strategy

• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships
