Duties

  • Transactional Support:

    • Guide the formation and operation of investment funds, such as private equity and real estate funds.
  • Legal Structuring:
    • Support the structuring and establishment of management companies and related entities.
    • Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters tied to fund operations.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Work directly with clients, addressing their legal needs with a practical, business-focused approach.
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Documentation:
    • Draft and review legal agreements, transactional documents, and operational guidelines for corporate entities and funds.
  • Strategic Advising:
    • Provide legal counsel on tax-related aspects of corporate transactions.
    • Collaborate with clients to develop strategies that align with their business objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in transactional tax, corporate transactions, or investment fund formation and operation.
  • Experience with general corporate matters will also be considered.

Skills

Education
