Job Overview:
A leading regional law firm is seeking an Experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its Seattle office. This role focuses on various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, providing an opportunity to engage in a collaborative and client-oriented environment.

Location:

  • Seattle, WA

Duties:

  • Handle real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements.
  • Conduct real estate due diligence, including title review.
  • Manage leasing and real estate finance transactions.
  • Draft and review development-related contracts.
  • Participate in business development activities within the real estate and construction sectors.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate practice.
  • Strong interest in real estate and construction industry engagement.
  • Excellent academic credentials and professional references.
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
  • Demonstrated exemplary client service and organizational skills.
  • Admission to the Washington State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.

Education:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Washington State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.

Skills:

  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
