Duties:

  • Manage and litigate a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to trial.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, discovery, and pleadings.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Analyze case facts, perform legal research, and develop case strategies.
  • Negotiate settlements and manage client expectations.

Requirements:
