• Develop case strategies, interview witnesses, and manage evidence for trial preparation.

• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and documentation are organized.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Active membership in good standing with the CA State Bar and eligibility to practice law in California.
• Strong trial preparation skills and familiarity with courtroom procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.

Education and Certifications:
