A law firm seeks a driven and knowledgeable Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its national and international insurance coverage practice. Duties:

• Analyze insurance coverage issues and prepare detailed coverage opinions.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery documents in coverage litigation.
• Represent clients in depositions, court conferences, and hearings related to insurance coverage matters.
• Assist in the development and execution of litigation strategies tailored to client needs.
• Contribute to the firm’s business development initiatives and foster client relationships.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners in managing ongoing cases and handling litigation processes.
• Participate in professional development activities, including mentorship and training programs.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of experience in insurance coverage law and litigation.
• Strong experience in analyzing coverage issues and drafting relevant legal documents.
• Familiarity with deposition preparation and court appearances is a plus but not required.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing (required); additional state admissions are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar (required).
• Additional state bar admissions are advantageous.
