Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through resolution.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients to secure just compensation for injuries sustained.
  • Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts throughout the litigation process.
  • Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals, including paralegals and support staff, to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on developments in personal injury law and related fields.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in New Jersey (NJ) and in good standing.
  • 1-6 years of experience practicing personal injury law, with a demonstrated track record of success in handling personal injury cases.
  • Genuine passion for advocating for injured clients and commitment to achieving justice.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and effectively convey legal strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education and Certifications:
