Corporate Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A prominent law firm in Springfield, MA, is seeking an experienced Corporate Litigation Attorney to join its team. Location:

• Springfield, MA

Duties:

• Represent clients in corporate litigation matters, ensuring the successful resolution of disputes.
• Manage and oversee a variety of cases, including those for high-profile clients such as Google, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Macy's.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions to corporate litigation issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on strategic litigation approaches.
• Stay current with relevant state and federal laws and regulations to effectively represent clients.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate litigation, with 7+ years preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts (MA Bar License required).
• Additional licenses in New York, Connecticut, and/or Rhode Island are preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple cases at once.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• MA Bar License required.
• Additional Bar licenses in New York, Connecticut, and/or Rhode Island are a plus.
