A law firm seeks an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join its Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions practice group, with a focus on class action litigation. This position is based in Reston, VA, and offers an engaging opportunity to work on complex legal matters. Duties

• Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Develop and review discovery materials to inform case strategy and support motion preparation.
• Create detailed outlines for depositions and oversee discovery responses.
• Contribute to strategic case planning for complex class action litigation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience with a focus on drafting legal documents such as motions and summary judgments.
• Expertise in class action litigation is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal cases effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (Virginia).
