This full-time, on-site position involves providing legal counsel, conducting thorough research, and managing a personal docket of cases. The Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to work across a range of legal areas, with a focus on construction litigation and related matters.

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice to clients across various legal matters, including construction-related cases.
  • Manage a personal docket of cases, ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and client representation.
  • Negotiate settlements and participate in hearings or trials as needed.

Requirements:
