Job Title: Immigration Attorney

Job Overview: A dynamic and reputable law firm located in Phoenix, AZ, is actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Immigration Attorney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a wide range of immigration cases while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for immigration law, with the ability to manage caseloads, communicate effectively with clients, and work closely with a team of legal professionals. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties:

  • Manage and oversee a diverse caseload of immigration-related matters.
  • Prepare and file various immigration petitions and applications.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on immigration matters.
  • Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders on case progress.
  • Supervise and coordinate with paralegals and administrative staff for case management.
  • Represent clients in immigration hearings and proceedings when necessary.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents as needed.
  • Stay updated on developments in immigration law to ensure compliance and provide effective representation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in immigration law.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration policies and procedures.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be admitted to the State Bar of Arizona (required).

Skills:

  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Proficient in managing complex legal cases.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to clients.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and provide responsive service.
