Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in a variety of civil litigation cases, including negligence, product liability, and contract disputes
  • Appear at hearings and court proceedings throughout the state
  • Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff in a cross-functional teamwork environment
  • Manage cases from inception through trial or settlement

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in Kansas (Missouri Bar licensure is a plus)
  • Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Kansas State Bar (Missouri Bar admission is a plus)
