Duties:

• Handle real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing matters.
• Work closely with clients to provide strategic advice on real estate investment funds.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, documents, and agreements related to real estate investments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal services.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs and business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with clients, business professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and standards in real estate and investment fund law.
• Contribute to the growth of the firm's real estate practice by supporting business development efforts.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of substantive experience in real estate law, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and legal writing skills.
• Ability to handle complex transactions and provide clear, concise advice.
• Experience working with securities offerings is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
