Duties:

• Handle motions, depositions, and court appearances in litigation cases.
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients across a variety of practice areas, including employment law, professional liability, transportation, construction, and premises liability.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
• Engage in creative and strategic negotiations to resolve cases efficiently.
• Collaborate with clients to develop legal strategies and case plans.
• Manage case files and ensure timely progress through litigation.

Requirements:

• Experience in arguing motions and conducting depositions.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage caseloads independently and work collaboratively with a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
