Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney

The successful candidate will handle a caseload of personal injury matters, including legal research, preparing pleadings, managing client relationships, and participating in court proceedings. Location:

• Tampa, FL

Duties:

• Manage and handle Pre-Suit and/or Litigation cases for personal injury clients.
• Oversee a caseload of personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes and advocate for clients' best interests.
• Stay updated with legal developments and changes in personal injury law.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervising attorney.
• Assist with trial preparation and, depending on experience, serve in a first-chair trial role.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Florida.
• Experience in handling and/or litigating personal injury cases.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with a legal team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases and prioritize tasks.
