• Manage case files and conduct legal research to support ongoing cases.
• Negotiate settlements and provide comprehensive advice to clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to team initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and other stakeholders.
• Participate in legal proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trials as necessary.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
• Proven track record of legal expertise and job stability.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing with the California State Bar.

Certifications:
