Mid-Level Business Litigation Associate

Duties:

• Prepare for and participate in court hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and mediation processes.
• Provide counsel to clients on litigation strategies and case developments.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on high-stakes cases.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in business litigation.
• Proven ability to draft complex legal documents and motions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high level of responsibility and work independently.
• Experience in life, health, and disability insurance litigation or federal court cases is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
