  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Provide expert legal advice and counsel clients on employment-related issues and potential legal risks.
  • Prepare and conduct depositions, mediations, and trials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and legal professionals to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and settlement discussions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in good standing with the California Bar.
  • 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law, including handling wage/hour class actions, traditional labor law, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Excellent research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the California Bar.
