Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in real estate law, specifically in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, and a strong ability to handle securities offerings. Duties:

  • Advise clients on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Review and negotiate agreements related to real estate investments.
  • Assist with securities offerings and related documentation.
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients on business transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare clear, concise written memos and other documents.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and business professionals to meet client needs.
  • Maintain and manage client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law.
  • Experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Familiarity with securities offerings is a plus.
