  • Participate in and contribute to the firm’s knowledge-sharing initiatives and training programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in privacy and cybersecurity law, focusing on data protection compliance and incident response.
  • Demonstrated experience advising on privacy and security obligations, state, federal, and international data security incident notification, and defending regulatory investigations.
  • Proven experience in a law firm, in-house privacy, and cybersecurity breach response or relevant litigation experience.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle a fast-paced and complex workload effectively.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and security laws and regulations.
  • Effective and persuasive writing and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with technically skilled individuals and distill complex technical issues for non-technical business team members.
  • Professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
