Family Law Attorney

Job Overview:

A well-established law firm is seeking an Experienced Family Law Attorney to join their team in Needham, MA. This is a full-time position for an attorney with 5-15 years of experience in family law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic relations law and be adept at managing a variety of family law cases, from consultations to resolution. Duties:

• Manage all aspects of family law cases, including client consultations, case development, and resolution.
• Represent clients in litigation, including court appearances and trials.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best possible client service.
• Travel to offices and courts throughout Eastern Massachusetts as needed.

Requirements:

• 5-15 years of experience in family law with demonstrated expertise in domestic relations.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in courtroom litigation, including trial representation.
• Team-oriented, collaborative approach with a personable demeanor.
• In-depth knowledge of Massachusetts family law forms and processes.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Massachusetts bar license in good standing.
