A law firm seeks a motivated Associate Attorney to join its Miami, FL office. This position is ideal for candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience in handling litigation and transactional cases within probate, guardianship, real estate, and estate planning. The successful candidate will be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Duties

  • Manage and oversee litigation and transactional matters related to probate, guardianship, real estate, and estate planning.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and document preparation.
  • Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents, including memoranda, briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts, and estate planning documents.
  • Handle probate and guardianship administration from inception to resolution.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and team members to ensure seamless case management.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.
  • 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in litigation and transactional law.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.

Certifications

  • Active bar admission in Florida.
