Duties:

  • Represent clients, including Fortune 500 executives and C-suite professionals, in employment-related matters such as compensation, negotiation, and discrimination cases
  • Handle civil litigation, including contract review and corporate document analysis
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and settlement agreements
  • Conduct thorough research and provide insightful legal analysis
  • Manage client relationships and provide sound legal advice
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and legal strategies
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary

Requirements:

  • A J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in employment law and litigation
  • Strong litigation experience within a law firm environment
  • Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound legal judgment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a caseload effectively

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar
