Associate/Of Counsel Attorney

A law firm seeks a full-time Associate/Of Counsel Attorney to join its expanding general practice in Annville, PA. Duties

• Handle a variety of legal matters, including civil litigation, municipal law, domestic law, elder law, estate planning, estate administration, and Orphans' Court litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft documents to support case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing clear legal advice and updates.
• Work independently while also contributing to team efforts and supporting senior attorneys.
• Participate in training and mentorship programs to enhance professional development.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of legal experience preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and a solid understanding of legal principles.
• Excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Must be admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
