Duties:

• Participate in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery materials

• Conduct legal research and provide in-depth analysis of litigation matters

• Support deposition preparation and assist in taking and defending depositions

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation planning

• Assist in preparing cases for trial, including exhibit and witness preparation

• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel

• Attend court proceedings and provide on-the-record support during hearings or trials

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of hands-on experience in complex litigation

• Familiarity with procedural rules in both state and federal courts

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple matters with attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Eagerness to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Texas, or eligibility to waive in
