Job Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on personal injury cases.

• Assist in deposition preparation and attend depositions.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and prepare cases.
• Attend court hearings and trials as necessary.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar and membership in good standing.
• 10+ years of experience in personal injury law preferred.
