  • Providing technical and legal support in patent litigation matters.
  • Managing patent portfolios and advising clients on patent strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
  • Experience in patent prosecution related to 5G, Wi-Fi, wireless technologies, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front end.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Registration with the USPTO or eligibility to register for the USPTO.

Education:
