Duties:

  • Assist with investigations and actions initiated by government agencies.
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and legal briefs.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
  • Advise clients on compliance issues involving federal and state consumer protection laws.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, particularly in consumer financial services.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple litigation and regulatory matters simultaneously.
  • Licensed to practice law in Virginia and in good standing with the Virginia Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
