Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join its team. Duties:

  • Conduct a thorough review of case prerequisites, including loan agreements, financial records, and demand letters.

  • Draft and examine pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence to support case filings.

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations with opposing counsel.

  • Maintain comprehensive case documentation, ensuring all internal records are accurate and up to date.

  • Uphold strict confidentiality and professional ethics in all legal matters.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws concerning foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections.

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize workloads to meet strict deadlines.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Capacity to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a team.

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
