Duties

• Lead and manage legal matters from initiation through resolution, including overseeing team efforts and coordinating with external parties.
• Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including hearings and court appearances.
• Review and assess legal documents, ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations.
• Guide strategic legal decisions and help shape firm policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in mortgage foreclosure and collections law.
• Strong familiarity with discovery processes, depositions, and resolving legal conflicts.

• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
