Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience specializing in immigration law, particularly family-based immigration, humanitarian cases, and/or removal defense.
  • Active license to practice law in the United States.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey or New York.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
