Duties

• Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including court appearances, arbitration sessions, and mediations, presenting compelling arguments.
• Review and interpret legal documents, including contracts, and provide suggested modifications or adjustments.
• Negotiate with external parties on contractual and legal disputes, including during settlement discussions.
• Proactively identify potential legal issues, developing strategic approaches to reduce risks and avoid costly litigation.
• Conduct due diligence on matters related to contracts, agreements, mergers, and acquisitions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience as a practicing attorney.
• Active California State Bar License.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• California State Bar License (mandatory).
