Duties:

  • Assist with case management and preparation for trials and hearings

  • Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of clients
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and ensure effective representation
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files
  • Stay updated on changes in personal injury laws and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in trial work and legal writing
  • Must be a member of the Maryland Bar in good standing
