Duties

• Handle and manage a wide range of first-party and third-party insurance coverage claims.
• Represent clients in insurance-related litigation, including bad faith claims.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft persuasive legal documents, including memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
• Appear before courts and liaise with clients, providing expert legal counsel and advocacy.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to strategize case approaches and solutions.
• Stay informed about changes in insurance laws and regulations affecting the practice area.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage and related litigation.
• Admitted to practice in MA and NJ/NY.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the NJ Bar and NY or MA Bar.
