The ideal candidate will possess 10-15 years of substantial insurance defense experience, with a proven track record in litigation and trial work. Strong writing skills and membership in the Nevada Bar are essential for this role.

Duties

• Represent clients in complex insurance defense matters.
• Handle litigation cases from inception through trial, including drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis related to insurance coverage issues.
• Collaborate with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to develop effective defense strategies.
• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients regarding coverage disputes and risk management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to cases and client communications.

Requirements

• Active membership in the Nevada Bar.
• 10-15 years of significant experience in insurance defense, including litigation and trial experience.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases with minimal supervision.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada.
