Associate Attorney Product Liability and Aviation Litigation

Job Overview: A prestigious law firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join its product liability, aviation, and automotive litigation team. Duties:

• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery requests, and interrogatories.
• Conduct complex legal research and prepare detailed memoranda.
• Prepare and review litigation-related documents, such as status reports and recommendations for clients.
• Manage document reviews and collections in preparation for trial.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, from responsive pleadings to trial preparation.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on product liability, aviation, or automotive warranty law.
• Experience with discovery, law and motion, and federal and state court procedures.
• Strong writing and analytical skills, with the ability to draft complex legal documents.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California.
