Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel on litigation and dispute resolution matters to individual and corporate clients.

• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, fostering their professional growth.
• Contribute to promoting the firm’s culture and expanding its brand within and outside of the legal community.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in litigation, with a preference for experience in commercial and investment-related matters.
• Proven track record of managing complex cases and contributing to client outcomes.
• Experience supervising junior attorneys and supporting their development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with legal teams across multiple locations.
• Bilingual candidates with proficiency in Chinese are highly desirable.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in the state of New York.
