Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join its team and provide assistance with family-based immigration matters. Duties:

  • Assist clients with a wide range of family immigration matters, focusing on family-based immigration law
  • Represent clients in I-601 religious/moral waivers for vaccination
  • Guide clients through the immigration process and ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is prepared accurately
  • Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies
  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals
  • Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures
  • Contribute to the firm’s mission of safeguarding civil rights and preserving medical liberty
  • Potentially handle employment-based immigration matters, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in family-based immigration law
  • Experience with I-601 religious/moral waivers for vaccination is preferred; however, training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Employment-based immigration experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused attitude
  • Ability to manage cases effectively and take initiative
  • Alignment with the firm’s mission to preserve medical liberty and civil rights

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the state bar

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to strategize and navigate complex legal processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in case management software is preferred
