Job Title: Mid/Senior Employment Associate Attorney

Job Overview

A prestigious law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated mid-level or senior associate attorney to join its Employment Practice. This role offers an opportunity to work on complex employment-related legal matters, counsel clients on critical issues, and provide support for corporate transactions.

Duties

  • Draft and review employment-related documents, including:
    • Employment agreements
    • Separation agreements
    • Restrictive covenant agreements
    • Company Policies
    • Position statements
  • Provide legal counsel on a wide range of employment-related matters.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with labor laws and mitigate risk.
  • Offer employment law support during corporate transactions.
  • Conduct employment-related investigations and handle associated litigation as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in employment law.
  • Proven track record in drafting complex employment-related documents and agreements.
  • Proficiency in providing legal advice on employment-related issues.
  • Experience in employment litigation and investigations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active Bar admission in the state of Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
