Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join their Financial Services Litigation Group. The ideal candidate will represent clients in consumer financial services and product litigation cases, handling matters from inception through resolution. Duties:

• Represent clients involved in consumer financial services and product litigation.
• Handle cases throughout the litigation process, from initial consultations to trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Proven litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Familiarity with consumer finance-related litigation is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bars.
