Duties

• Oversee all aspects of general liability and personal injury defense cases.

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, associates, and legal support staff.
• Maintain regular client communication and provide strategic counsel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, particularly in personal injury and general liability defense.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while meeting deadlines.
• Experience handling all litigation phases, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms and case management software.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
