The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation, with a comprehensive understanding of professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on insurance coverage issues, including professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
• Analyze and interpret insurance policies and coverage disputes to guide clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation, including drafting legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare comprehensive reports, memoranda, and correspondence.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement discussions.
• Monitor and stay abreast of developments in insurance law and industry trends.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to formulate case strategies and prepare for hearings and trials.
• Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, ensuring all deadlines and court dates are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverage issues related to professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
• Proven experience in handling complex insurance coverage disputes and litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials with a JD from an accredited law school.
