The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in estate and tax planning, including working with high-net-worth individuals. Duties:

  • Advise clients on estate and tax planning strategies tailored to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Draft intricate trust agreements and other legal documents related to estate planning.
  • Handle charitable planning and ensure proper estate and trust administration.
  • Collaborate with other team members and manage multiple projects and cases simultaneously.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide analysis for complex estate matters.
  • Ensure all documents are prepared with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Engage in client meetings and effectively communicate complex legal concepts.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in trusts and estates law, preferably in a law firm environment.
  • Knowledge of estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong legal drafting and writing skills with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Superior academic credentials.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to the California State Bar.

Skills:

  • Expertise in drafting trust agreements and handling estate administration.
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also managing projects independently.
