Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in probate administration and asset distribution matters.
• Guide clients through the probate process, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Represent clients in probate court proceedings as necessary.
• Draft and review legal documents related to probate and estate matters.
• Communicate with clients to address their concerns and provide legal advice.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written reports and briefs.
• Stay updated on changes in probate laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to support clients' interests.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a preference for candidates with 3+ years in Massachusetts.
• Experience in probate matters and probate litigation is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code (MUPC) and probate administration.
• Proven ability to appear before Massachusetts Probate Courts.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.

Skills:
