Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a preference for candidates with 3+ years in Massachusetts.
  • Experience in probate matters and probate litigation is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code (MUPC) and probate administration.
  • Proven ability to appear before Massachusetts Probate Courts.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.

Certifications:
