• Work directly with clients to ensure clear and timely communication of legal strategies and updates.

• Maintain thorough attention to detail in legal documentation and strategy formulation.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Maryland.
• Admission to the D.C. and Virginia Bars is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business and corporate law.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Maryland (mandatory).
