• Analyze probable case outcomes using knowledge of legal precedents.
• Manage and prioritize a caseload of diverse criminal cases.
• Provide thorough legal analysis to determine potential case benefits for clients.
• Gather and accrue additional evidence to support client cases or counter-prosecution charges.
• Prepare clients for depositions; set essential goals for case strategy.
• Collect information from witnesses and experts to bolster client positions.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience handling complex federal, state, and local criminal cases.
• Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the highest caliber of professionalism.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
