• Manage litigation motions such as summary judgment, motions to dismiss, and complex discovery motions.
• Conduct depositions, participate in trial or arbitration proceedings, and draft case-related documents.
• Collaborate with a team to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
• Research, analyze, and communicate legal strategies effectively to clients and team members.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience with consumer protection class actions is a plus.
• Strong trial and arbitration experience.
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing litigation motions.
• Ability to manage projects independently and contribute as a team member.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California Bar.
