Job Overview

A distinguished law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Consumer Financial Services & Technology Litigation team. This role involves handling complex commercial litigation matters related to financial institutions, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Duties

  • Represent clients in federal and state court litigation related to consumer financial services, technology, and data privacy.
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents.

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
