A law firm is seeking a Mid-level Antitrust Associate Attorney for their San Francisco, CA office. The ideal candidate should be admitted in California and possess 3-5 years of experience in pre-merger notification, as well as civil and/or criminal antitrust litigation, accompanied by excellent credentials.

Job Overview:

As a Mid-level Antitrust Associate Attorney, the candidate will play a crucial role in handling pre-merger notification and antitrust litigation cases. The individual should be well-versed in California law and possess exceptional credentials to contribute effectively to the firm's legal practice.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to antitrust laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of pre-merger notifications and related filings.
• Provide legal counsel and support in civil and/or criminal antitrust litigation matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and client representation.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court proceedings and hearings as necessary.
• Engage in client communication and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Admission to the California Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience in pre-merger notification and civil and/or criminal antitrust litigation.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
